Texting Tuck is included on Pro, Tucker, and Founder. The country calling code determines whether reminders go by text or by email. Carrier restrictions can still affect delivery.

Text reminders

You can verify these numbers and text thoughts to Tuck. Requested SMS reminders go to your phone.

Text in, reminders by email

You can verify these numbers and text thoughts to Tuck. Reminders go to your account email instead of your phone. Texts to these numbers are limited to verification codes and replies to STOP, START, and HELP.

If a send to a +1 number is rejected

If Telnyx rejects a send to a +1 number and your account has an email address, Tuck emails the same message to that address. This includes verification codes and reminders. Look for Your Tuck verification code for a code, or A message from Tuck for other fallback messages. This fallback applies when the messaging provider rejects the send. It does not cover every text that fails to arrive after the provider accepts it, and it does not apply to numbers outside +1. The countries in the email-reminder table use email for reminders directly.

Not available

Numbers outside the listed calling codes are not supported. This includes Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Japan, Australia, and India.

Add your number

Add and verify your number in Settings → Ingest. Include the full country calling code. A ten-digit number without a leading + is treated as +1; a leading + is preserved. If a supported number cannot receive its code, contact support. Never send support your verification code. See Capture by SMS for setup, allowances, and opt-out commands.
