Email Tuck Support
Use support@tuckthis.app for bugs, account questions, something that is not working, or anything where you need a response. If your question involves private account details, email is a better choice than posting in Slack.Join the Tuck Slack

Tuck is a very small company. Right now, the support team is a team of one. When you email Tuck Support, an AI support agent takes the first pass at your message. It has access to the Tuck support documentation and can often help quickly with common questions and known workflows. If it can’t confidently answer your question, your issue needs a closer look, or you simply ask for a human, it’ll be handed off for a human response. AI helps Tuck respond faster. It doesn’t replace your ability to reach a person.Never send your vault passphrase, Recovery Kit, passwords, API keys, or other secrets to Tuck Support. Tuck Support will never ask you for them.
