People turn `@mentions` into reusable context. A person can include a name, company, title, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, birthday, notes, a photo, and files. Calendar invitees and mail addresses can help seed your People list. ## Mention someone Type `@` in the capture box or editor and choose a person. The mention stays in the sentence. ## Merge duplicates If the same person arrives through multiple sources, merge the records. Tuck shows a conflict picker when both records contain different values for the same field. Use People for durable context about someone. Use a brain for a project or area.
