# Use Apple Watch, widgets, and the Action button

> Capture without opening the full app.

Tuck's Apple surfaces are designed around one job: getting the thought somewhere safe quickly.

## Widgets

Use lock screen or home screen widgets to start a Quick Tuck.

## Action button and Shortcuts

The Voice Tuck intent can start a recording from the Action button or Shortcuts, transcribe it, and send it into the same capture flow.

## Apple Watch

The Watch companion and complications can start Quick Tuck or Voice Tuck.

The Watch does not keep your vault encryption key. It hands the capture to the phone when possible, or uses your ingest path for text when the vault is unavailable.

This design keeps capture fast without turning the Watch into a second copy of your unlocked vault.
